partnr.to is a sponsorship workflow platform for creators. References to “partnr.to,” “we,” “us,” or “our” in this policy mean the company that operates partnr.to.
We operate two types of users: Creators (who publish storefronts and manage bookings) and Advertisers (sponsors who book and pay creators). Different data applies to each, and we explain both.
When you create an account or use the Platform, you may provide:
When you connect a platform account (YouTube, Substack, Spotify, Twitch, TikTok, Instagram, etc.), we receive:
We only access data your connected platform's API makes available to authorised applications. We do not access your private messages, content drafts, or financial data from third-party platforms.
We do not store card numbers, bank account details, SSNs, EINs, or any financial credentials. All payment data is handled directly by Stripe. We receive only non-sensitive identifiers — a Stripe Connect account ID for creators, and a transaction record confirming payment was made.

Your partnr.to storefront is publicly accessible. The following information is visible to anyone with the link, including unauthenticated visitors:
Your email address, Stripe account details, and booking history are never publicly visible. Consider this before adding personal details to your bio or demographics.
We share information only in these circumstances:
We retain your data for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the Platform. Specifically:
When you delete your account, we delete or anonymise personal information within 30 days, except where we are required to retain it for legal, financial, or fraud-prevention purposes.

partnr.to is not directed at children under 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18. If you believe a minor has created an account, contact us and we will delete it promptly.
partnr.to is operated from the United States. If you access the Platform from outside the US, your information may be transferred to and processed in the US, where privacy laws may differ from those in your jurisdiction.
For users in the European Economic Area or United Kingdom, we rely on Standard Contractual Clauses and other appropriate safeguards for cross-border data transfers where required.
